Sour cherries

Sour cherry is a healthy berry rich in antioxidants. Sour cherry is rich in magnesium, iron, copper, potassium, and vitamins B1, B6, and C. The pulp of the berries is rich in bactericidal substances. Coumarin, which is contained in cherries, reduces blood clotting, which is why cherries are used to prevent arterial atherosclerosis. Sour cherries are also used to prevent anemia.
