Flaxseed oil

Composition: flaxseed oil.
Storage conditions: store in a dark and dry place at a temperature of +8°C to +20°C and a relative humidity of no more than 85%. Sediment is allowed. Shake before use.
Shelf life: 18 months. after opening, approx. 6 months.
How to use: 1-2 teaspoons 2-3 times a day, and also use in raw salads or in combination with other vegetable oils.
