Description

Castor oil is obtained from the castor plant, or rather its seeds, by pressing.

Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.

Properties:
Castor
oil is not only a recognized laxative, but also an
excellent cosmetic oil. It has long been used for the care of
hair, eyelashes, eyebrows. But it is also suitable for facial skin care. This is a special oil: it does not dry out, does not form a film and is well
absorbed.
Castor oil fights fine wrinkles well, nourishes and softens dry and sensitive skin. After a month of
constant use, you can already see positive results, although
even the next day the skin becomes smoother and more even. It
is well suited for the care of the skin of the eyelids, on which fine wrinkles
form first, and is used for eyelash growth. The oil removes
cystic growths, warts, scars, and other growths on the skin.
An excellent remedy for cracked skin. Enhances hair growth and
improves their appearance.
Application: as an additive – 10%. It is not recommended to use in pure form, except in individual cases.
Note: Turkish red castor oil (sulfated castor oil)
can be used as a base in bath mixtures. It dissolves in
water and does not leave an oil ring on the bath.
Recipes:
Wrinkles under the eyes.
Slightly heat a teaspoon over the fire, move it away from the fire, pour in
oil and let it warm up a little. Lubricate the skin around the eyes with warm oil and pat it in with your fingertips. Be careful: the oil
should be hot enough to tolerate your finger. Otherwise, you can burn
sensitive skin. If you do this procedure two or three times a month,
you can get rid of many shallow wrinkles and prevent
new ones from forming. You only need a little bit of oil.
Eyelashes.
Daily
applying oil with a brush (use a mascara brush for
eyelashes, thoroughly washed beforehand) will help your eyelashes become long,
thick and fluffy.
Facial wrinkles.
You need a small
amount of castor oil, slightly warmed up (heat it the same way as in
the recipe for the eyelids), apply it along the massage lines on your face and lightly
massage. After two hours, remove the excess with a cotton swab. Essential
oils can be added to the castor oil used as a base to achieve a greater effect.
You can also enrich creams
with 1-2 drops of essential oil immediately before use. With
regular use, the skin will become noticeably softer, and the complexion will improve.
Castor oil can clog pores, so during this course it is necessary to do a peeling once every 10 days.
Castor oil is the enemy of warts.
They disappear without a trace if you rub castor oil into warts at night and in the
morning. This should be done for at least ten minutes so that the oil is well
absorbed into the skin. You can also remove pigment spots and small moles. Although with the latter, it is better to consult a doctor. Here, self-medication
can be dangerous.
Strengthening hair:
Mix two tablespoons of onion juice with 2 tablespoons of castor oil. Rub the mixture into the hair roots and wrap your head with a plastic bag and a
terry towel for 30-40 minutes.
Take equal parts of Castor
oil, fresh lemon juice and alcohol. Mix in a clean container and
store in a dark place. Apply to hair roots at night, wash your hair with shampoo the next morning. This recipe helps even with incipient baldness.
For dry dandruff, the following composition can be recommended: 2 tablespoons of calendula tincture, 2 tablespoons of castor oil.
Mix, rub into scalp. For 20-30 minutes.
Oil mask – mix castor oil, vegetable (sunflower)
refined oil and shampoo in a 1:1:1 ratio. Rub into hair roots before washing, and apply the remainder to the ends of the hair. Leave for 20-40 minutes. Rinse in a soapy shampoo solution.
For heavy hair loss, the following recipe is also suitable: mix castor oil equally with medical
alcohol. Apply to hair roots. Rinse after 1-2 hours
