A special technology for producing EXPORT kvass preserves its beneficial properties even during long-term transportation. To prepare this kvass, we use a lower fermentation temperature, obtaining kvass with a volume fraction of alcohol no whiter than 0.45°, without losing its taste and preserving the vitamin composition. “Vyatsky” kvass contains important amino acids – 14 amino acids (6 of which are essential). Potassium and magnesium, which rye is rich in, are necessary for the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system, as well as for maintaining stress resistance.
