This mold should help you make a lot of pelmeni in a short time.

Roll the dough and place it on the mold. Place the filling in the holes on the dough. Roll another circle of dough and place it on top. Now roll it firmly on top to allow the dough to cut through the edges of the mold. Remove any remaining dough and remove the pelmeni. If you’re not cooking them immediately, store the pelmeni in the freezer.

It’s recommended to freeze pelmeni on the shelf before placing them in the bag. Otherwise, they’re likely to stick together.
