Telavi Marani Rkatsiteli Qvevri 2023 Amber dry wine

Hand harvested at optimum ripeness in the second ten days of September. Stem removal. Fermentation of whole berries without crushing in qvevri for about 3 weeks. Malolactic fermentation. Aged in qvevri for 6 months, then in steel tanks for several months before bottling.

The color is light amber with orange hues. Intense aroma with notes of white fruits, subtle shades of spicy herbs. Complex, mineral taste with fresh tannins, hints of herbs in the aftertaste.
