The beer recipe includes: water, light barley malt, dark “Viennese” barley malt and hops. Specially prepared soft water and two types of malt, carefully selected from our own malthouse, make the beer very soft and delicate. The unique light-stable recipe keeps the taste of the beer unchanged throughout the entire shelf life.
Beer “Soft Malt” won a silver medal at the international competition “Monde Selection, 2020” in Brussels.
