For the production of chicory of the “FITODAR” brand, only selected, naturally dried plant roots are used, which after especially careful special roasting are processed using the most modern production technologies into powdered soluble chicory of a light brown color. With such special processing, the maximum amount of useful substances inherent in natural chicory is preserved. When preparing chicory “FITODAR”, a ready-made light-brown drink is obtained, which, due to its composition, is distinguished by a more pronounced taste with notes of bitterness, since it contains 100% natural chicory without any additives and impurities that make the product cheaper, which is what causes its natural bitterness.
