Traditional uses of Helichrysum italicum in European countries: allergies, colds, coughs, skin diseases, liver and gallbladder diseases, inflammations, infections and insomnia. In vitro studies have characterized Helichrysum italicum as an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent.

Method of preparation: pour 1 tbsp. spoon of immortelle flowers with a glass of boiling water (200 ml), leave for 15 minutes, strain. Method of application: 1-2 glasses a day before meals, for 3-4 weeks.

It is not recommended for use in cases of peptic ulcer, acute gastritis, pancreatitis, cholelithiasis, as well as in children under 12 years of age, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
